RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns Policy Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once delivered or collected.
Fresh flowers are living products that require immediate care, and we cannot resell returned items. We ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Refunds for Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders We guarantee the quality of our flowers. If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or doesn't meet our quality standards, you must contact us within 3 hours of delivery at:

Please provide clear photos of the issue. We'll review your case and offer:
- A replacement arrangement of equal or greater value, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Wrong or Incomplete Orders If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete, contact us within 3 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Customer Error (Wrong Address) If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order cannot be delivered, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please verify all details at checkout.
Event & Custom Order Cancellations
- Standard orders: Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund
- Custom/event orders: Require 24 hours notice for cancellation
- Same-day orders: No refunds once confirmed
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- You'll receive email confirmation when processed
