TERMS OF SERVICE

About Our Products Mi-Rose offers premium fresh flowers, bouquets, and floral arrangements. As natural products, flowers may vary slightly from photos due to seasonal availability. We guarantee the highest quality and will substitute with similar blooms if needed.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in EUR and include VAT
  • Payment is processed when you place your order
  • We accept all major payment methods
  • Order confirmation will be sent to your email

Delivery & Pickup Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery details. In brief:

  • Delivery across all Malta postal codes
  • Free delivery on orders €65+
  • Free pickup available at our Swieqi location
  • If the recipient is unavailable, we'll leave the flowers in a safe location or contact you for instructions

Fresh Flower Care Our flowers are guaranteed fresh upon delivery. With proper care (water, cool location, trim stems), they should last 5-7 days. We're not responsible for flowers that aren't cared for properly after delivery.

Event & Custom Orders

  • Custom arrangements require at least 24 hours notice
  • Event orders may require a deposit
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery

Returns & Refunds Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns. If you're unhappy with your order, contact us within 3 hours at info@mirosemalta.com or +356 79422472 and we'll make it right.

Limitation of Liability We're not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. We're also not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to flowers.
